Is this ESP really of when you press the putton once ? Because ive read you need to press it like 10 seconds or so and it will go 100% off ? I didnt notice any difference did i press is just once or hold it..
I have bmw where is turns DTC when pressed once and for longer press it turn totally off.. So what's the deal with challenger ?

to fully disable turn key fob to right while vehicle in motion. you'll hear a chime and then ESP and BAS will be disabled.

not sure why for daily driving you would want your ESP fully disabled though

well with a key fob you hold key to right while car is in motion...at about 15 mph a chime will sound and your ESP and BAS lights will come on.
You are now in full ESP off mode.
system resets when you turn ignition off.
no idea how it would work with push button ignition

Isn't turning the key the same as pushing the button?

You can disable the ESP and the ABS with a tuner. HOWEVER I would want the ABS on for day to day driving.

When would you want to turn it off, track racing?

Thats why the NoESP module is GREAT.
It defaults to ESP on with every start.
Turning the key to start to disable the
ESP/BAS requires that you be in motion
over 5 MPH. The NoESP mod does not
require the vehicle to be in motion.
The NoESP is more convenient for me.
One less thing to distract me while the
vehicle is in motion. Less chance on
    hitting something/someone while doing
the 'turn the key fob to start' trick.
And less likely to throw a DTC.
I just dont like the ESP dropping cylinders
    every time a tire spins.
I can control my own vehicle, Thank You Dodge.
How did anyone drive a car BEFORE all this
ESP BAS CARP? Simple, you learned how.
Us old schoolers dont need the electronic BS. :)
