For those of you guys living in the path of Hurricane Sandy, is your Challenger safe? I live in NJ and we are expected to be the hurricane's bullseye. I don't have a garage, so I rented one for one week for $100. I thought that it was a smart investment with wind gusts estimated to hit 75 mph.
Keep your ass safe, the car can be replaced! See you are still online, I take that as a good sign so far! Let us know how the storm is... Good luck!
Thanks. I'm about 55 miles from the Atlantic coast. I heard that gusts there are 75-100 mph! It is expect to hit us in about 2 hrs. You have to have a sense of humor about it. Here is a funny Ron White clip. Official Ron White - 'Coupins' - YouTube
We lucked out. No damages and no loss of power! Overall, in the tri-state area (NJ/PA/DE) 3 million are without power and the coastal towns were flooded.
Glad to hear you are okay. I tried to get into this last night and it was dead. Thought the host lost power. Guess not.
It's horrible to read news of that hurrigane sandy. Even the coffin's have come from the earth so you can see them.. Im just wondering why they are not planted deeper.. =0 Anyway guys try to keep alive..
Water Damaged Sometimes it's impossible to keep your Challenger safe. I just heard of a sad story where a 2012 SRT and a 2010 SRT, with a 750hp 426 SC Hemi, were totally submerged in 5 feet of water while parked in an underground garage near the East River in New York. What a disaster! I would cry!!
