    Thanks tom, I guess he could answer a few questions on my R/T & how the drivers side seems to have sloppy workmanship compared to the passenger side & uneven panel alignment issues. I thought these cars were inspected before they left the factory. It almost seems like either a new employee or a lazy experienced employee put this car together. how do you say his last name, is it pronounced " gillis or giles ?

    Doubt the heat did it alone

    Hi, Im a mechanic with Kayser Automotive. I doubt that the heat alone caused your window to crack. I've never known it to happen. What can happen is that a really hot window gets some cold water splashed on it or a mechanical stress from a rock or pellet gun. In any regards, I'm glad to hear you got it covered by the Factory, though.
