Thank You again for the video. It makes sense that might work. But I not sure if I pulled the correct fuse. Cause it didn't work. I pulled the fuse that said "center stack" from the rear power box. Nothing I seen says uconnect for a fuse. Does anyone know which fuse controls Uconnect.

I believe you have to pull the fuse for the radio (F37) that is located in the trunk fuse box.

If that doesn't work, you can try calling UConnect directly at 866-422-8182.

I called Uconnect today. I explained what the problem was. They told me that a systenm update was needed. I made an appointment with my local dealer for next monday. I hope it works. I'll let everyone know if it does or doesn't.

But, my screen has always lit up, regardless of status of radio.

Do you have any other failed electronic units such as the power outlet? I'm thinking a constant power fuse may be out and it might be labelled for a different electrical component (PDC or ASD perhaps?). Looking at an online fuse diagram, it appears there may be two fuses for it - 37 and 38 (radio and Media Hub/ Console APO, respectively).
