Mine has a small pan beneath the front pan that allows access to drain plug, and filter with 4 10MM bolts. So easy to do with a Milwaukee 3/8...

I use a Tazer, I can set my Scat engine to full time tack mode, and it makes it rumble good enough for me. Depends on how loud you want it to be?
