    I had this problem on my 2012 Challenger it's a door latch

    yep I also had the same problem and replaced the door latch assy. you have to check/adjust the door handle so it's nice and tight after replacing the latch. the adjustment screw is behind the round rubber grommet on the bottom of the latch assy (on the outside). you need an allen wrench and small screwdriver to lift the bottom of the adjustment plate while tightening the screw. advise using some loctite or super glue to keep the screw from loosening.
