Don't forget the early Grand Cherokee SRTs and trackhawks..........they have it AND are super expensive.....

    But NO M6 :driver:
Trucks and Sports/Muscle cars need a Clutch.
Autos are O.K. for Granny Cars like the 300 SRT :)

Almost got an SRT Grand Cherokee back in '06, but thought 20" tires on a 4x4 looked stupid so we got the 5.7

Unfortunately, the OEM has to pay big money for each different drivetrain configuration. So they needed to run the numbers and the proposed take rate just didn't support the case for adopting that one. I'm sure there's probably also a fairly heavy proposed increase in warranty claims due to the severe drivetrain loads imposed by aggressively driven vehicles with a manual trans. All that considered, a couple years ago, I would've been right there with you but nowadays, my knees just aren’t up to dealing with a clutch. Fortunately, Dodge has an extremely well sorted out automatic. It's even quite easy (and fun) to drive the A8 like a manual.
