    I look very much forward to hopefully receiving it within the next 20 days or so then. Thanks. Would have been much nicer to receive this information 20 days AGO though.
    If you're going to make this someday your full-time income, you'd best get a hold of proper customer service. :)

    Jason from 213 Auto called me yesterday, left a message, and we talked this morning. He has received from BT my package, and it left his business yesterday in the US Mail. Should be here soon :) Hip Hip HooRAY!

    This was a 'manufacturer' delay, no doubt. Wish the lines of communication were better, but other than that, I'm sure there was nothing 213 could have done any differently. He is stuck in the middle, and I appreciate his putting 'up' with my calls/emails/etc and understands the anxiety that he leaves a customer in when there is a one-way communique.

    Thanks again for the 'great deal'. I'm sure it will be worth it once it's installed and this little 'bump in the road' will fade into obscurity. Again, I will do business with 213 in the future. Keep on tryin' ...
    Was a 'helluva' sale that got a 'helluva' response from BT. They were stretched to the max on their production.

    What would have helped is if he stated right off that items will be ordered once sale is over for a future delivery. That way you wouldn't have been led to believe that they were in stock.

    He told be right off that he was out of stock for my WebElectric Sequential Turn Signals and the product will be shipped when he gets it. Nice guy, if I have the chance, I will buy from him again.

    Great value... and worth the wait inasmuch as it's winter here anyway!

    Knew upfront it was going to be delayed... so that wasn't really a big deal :)
