I'm getting a Ripp Supercharger put in my SXT Plus. Should take me from 275whp to over 420whp. Gonna be fun I think. :)

Ok I’m kinda new to the whole forced air thing so bare with me here, is that all your doing is installing a supercharger to get that kind of power or is there other things that have to be done such as forged internals, stronger suspension, drive train, pulleys, cooling system? Or is all of that stuff strong enough to support up to a given amount of horsepower? I’m just curious because I think if you all of a sudden add that much power support systems have to be upgraded...right?

You find out real quick where the WEAK LINK is.
Then the next once you fix that one, and so on. . .. .

I’m already burning the tires with the few mods I’ve done. I can’t imagine what it would be like if it’s producing 600+ horses lol

Dodge doesn’t make different transmissions and such for every trim level. The Ripp kit includes everything I need for $5800. It’s made specifically for the engine I have. No problems. Everyone I know who runs one only has one regret, and that’s not doing it sooner.
