    It reduces shift timing and also slows down throttle timing. They do not have MDS as you mentioned. Supposed to get 22 MPG highway with it on.

    May want to check, but it probably skips 1st gear too and starts out in 2nd...

    I know eco mode works well on mine for getting good mpg....like 26+ on the highway (hand calc'd of course...cuz the lie-o-meter on these is barely better than on my Ram)
