I’ve never had a problem with a manufacturer until now. I was always a GM guy. When I personally had warranty work for them they did it no problem. On the farm all we had where Ford trucks. I didn’t jump to Dodge until I bought my first challenger. I could fix the transmission in the Durango, I’ve rebuilt my share of them. But I shouldn’t have to touch this one. I turn wrenches for a living as a millwright. I work hard so can I enjoy my time with my family. If FCA wants to be number one they should act like it.

It’s a process, every dog has it’s day. This is probably going to take 6 to 9 months to resolve. I think I’m getting the run around because FCA doesn’t want a massive recall.
