I'm leaning toward the Flowmaster American Thunder too. Trying to choose an exhaust is tough. The best way is to hear somebody's you like and find out what they have but that's hard to do. I just don't want a raspy sound.

Luckily, I'm retired and therefore have no reason to be rolling out early in the morning when it would be more likely to annoy the neighbors.

I live in a 55 and over gated community with neighborhood ages from me being 70 to the oldest being 89. I only have one person say something about the noise, the 89 y.o. He has hearing aids in both ears. He is also one of my best friends, so I know he does it to get my dander up. It all depends if people are car people or not. I have more compliments from neighbors than I can count. They all love my car, surprisingly from the elderly females. It turns out my wife (70 also) won't ride in it at all. My good fortune!

I have the American Thunder on my 69 Camaro and the sound is exactly what I'm looking for. I'd order it for the Challenger if I knew the rumored droning with the A8 isn't annoying.

My Cobra's pretty loud and will definitely give you ringing ears after any extended driving. No droning, just loud. I'd probably do the Challenger the same way because I won't likely be driving it for extended periods of time. I have other cars for that.

I decided to see how unique my car is, apparently one of one built with these options....

I have a loaded 2017 Challenger T/A Plus 345 automatic in Yellow Jacket. 73 made for the US and 1 for Canada. Of those with my options, there are 8 total. It's just fun to know that. It won't get me a chicken dinner but it makes me happy.

It's fun to see how "unique" our Challengers are, but with over 500,000 made over 12 years, hardly any will ever appreciate like the classic 1970-1971 Challengers and 'Cuda.
