In regards to modding the 3.6L, I think it is 100% worth it. I know I am probably not the only guy who actually enjoys working on his own car here. Grew up working on a '79 Z28 with my dad and now have my 3.6 rallye to work on. Simple cosmetic mods like my painted/ported hood vents and refurbished wheels were something that gave me a project to do on the weekends. I have the Diablosport Trinity T2 EX tuner and while it ran me around $600 I would certainly say it was worth it. My car is significantly more responsive as well as a very apparent gain in power. Top speed I used to get to before was around 120-122 mph now I can sit at 140 mph and still have more to give. The worth of modding is purely subjective.

It’s so popular that I was told it’s currently taking about 7 weeks to get one from Ripp.

Not sure if you know of him already but check out "86Face" on youtube. He has one of the fastest RIPP supercharged V6's currently (Not sure if this has been checked).

I’m aware of him. I know he drove his very hard for over a year and might have finally blew it up.

The one important warning given in the video is not to slap on major power adders, like a supercharger, without beefing up the drivetrain and transmission. Otherwise, you will be faced with costly repairs.

I just thought it was a great video. One that anybody looking to put a supercharger on a V6 Challenger should see.

86Face just sold his supercharged V6 for a Destroyer Grey 1320 Scat Pack.
