I put one in, a nice addition, it looks cool and does a job. I wanted it to look factory and I think it does. I run synthetic in my 5.7 and found at oil changes, around 8-10k, I don't get much oil, not even a 1/4.
But its there and if it helps the motor breath Im down.

Change your PCV value every 30K.. Also use a top tier gas . I have just over 200K on my 3.6 and there has not been any problems with valve deposits.

I think the Hellcat crowd made the catch cans more popular, as there is more blow-by in a larger-ring-gap car with supercharged induction.

I think they are a good idea. No engine is made worse by adding one, and some of the tarry gunk I've seen from some of them tells me it's a good idea.

Do you think any of the fluid in these catch cans could be added condensation, depending on environmental conditions.

The combustion by-product captured by the catch can is a mixture of gasoline, oil, water and acid.
