I will stick with the Green Slime as it got me out of a situation and as advertised it didn't mess up the tire pressure monitors.

Not sure why people who travel long, lonely roads would NOT put goop in their tires.

It could be that the tire repair shops tell them not to use that stuff as I have been told not to use. But if you are in a jam stranded you will use this remedy. It could be that the tire shops don't like the mess and clean up they must do?

I had some goop for my tires. I never put it in because I didn't go on many long lonely trips, and the Hellcat has filler/air pump included in the trunk.

I have heard that you can leave the green goop in the tire and continue to drive the tires as they are as long as there is a seal.
I didn't do that. I just ended up getting all new 3 tires.

One advantage of the truck-grade stuff I studied was its remaining liquid even at very-sub-freezing temps. I think it may contain a large proportion of propylene glycol. I dream of a long, grippy, flat, bare, highway in minus 50 or so conditions to check my various temperatures. :D One would want snow tires just so the rubber was soft enough at that temperature, I think.
