Uconnect problem

Everything else seems ok. But I'll know better on Monday. They are going to do a Uconnect system update. The black screen is one of the things it addresses.

 

Well, I went & had the update today. No change. Still have a black screen on start up. only if I turn the radio on do I get power to the system. I'll call Uconnect again to see if they have any more ideas. Hopefully someone here has some ideas.
