I bought one of those for inside windshield as well. Avoids having to contort your arm so much, lol. I throw a microfibre cloth over it for a final buff.

I use spray foam window cleaner. I find the trick for cleaning any kind of glass is to give it a good wipe with the foam cleaner and at the last second flip the cloth over to a completely dry section to buff. You have to do the dry cloth buff BEFORE the cleaner evaporates off. If allowed to evaporate off it might initially look good but later on you will see cloth swirls.

The heart shaped wand works great for the inside of the rear window on the Challengers. As it can be difficult to move around in that back seat..
Stoner also makes a wand with the cleaning pads .

I've found that using a foaming glass cleaner and a microfiber works, but I follow it up with a magic eraser (use it dry, on the non tinted areas of glass) and it cleans it really well with no streaks.
