Who has their original Challenger and when did you buy it? Post a photo(s).

Here is my 2009 Hemi-orange SRT. I bought it on Dec. 13, 2008.

I purchased my '09 R/T Classic 6SP July 5, 2009. The pricing in the Denver area was outrageous with dealers adding $10K to the MSRP. So I found what I wanted in Salt Lake City and flew there to pick it up. The drive home was fantastic. Many people gave a Thumb's Up seeing the stunning Challenger.
Picture is as it sat on the Dealer's lot.

Get rid of the hemi hockey stripe and bring it back to the original color, you will sell it quicker.

Bought mine early 2009 on eBay before car was built (Chrysler plant was on shut down). Picked up at Performance in Lincoln, Nebraska and drove home to Grove City, Ohio (26.5 mpg). Sunny day driver only and showing 45,900 miles. It is still under original Chrysler lifetime warranty for 2009 Chrysler vehicles. Stock 5.7 with 6 speed manual. Only changes are air box change and sequential turn signals.
Love B5 and it matches my 69 B5 Roadrunner (under construction). IMG_1095.jpeg

I call my '09 R/T 6sp my fuel economy car as it gets better highway mileage than most SUV's. I can get 28 MPG driving through Utah and Nevada at sane speeds. Over 500 mile range sure beats EV's!
