I have added sequential tail lights to my Chally and here are a couple of vids. You may have to click on them to make them work.

Be sure you get a sequencer kit that
does not put the load of the extra 4
    bulbs on the InterConnectModule.

Most of the kits time out after a while and stop
sequencing the 2 inner most bulbs to help with
    the ICM overheating/burnout problem.

We sell the Webelectric Brand and have had great results.

Here is some info for their product,

    "Plug-N-Play" Installation Smart-Sequence Technology

Auto-Adjust Circuitry No Fixture Modification Required!

The STS-4CHSS Sequential Turn Signal kit will convert the taillights on your 2008+ Dodge Challenger into Sequential Turn Signals.

This is a true Plug-N-Play kit. You do not have to break off any rivets. There is no need to go into the fuse box to make any connections. Return to stock at any time without any evidence of ever being there! The kit contains pre-wired, plug-in harnesses that install with no wire cutting or splicing of any kind. (Note: 2011 cars may need one ground wire splice) *

With Smart-Sequence technology, your tail lights sequence ONLY when a signal is on. When you hit the brakes, all lamps come on together. (click here for more info)

Plus, these harnesses feature sophisticated electronics that automatically adjust the sequencing speed to match the turn signal flasher in your car. While other products offer you fixed timing or complicated manual adjustments, our electronics sense your car's flasher speed and adjust the sequence timing for you.

    Google NoESP.
    I got it online.
It disables the ESP at a touch.
    Its kick arse...

This info is all over the other Challenger Forums.
Old news but new news round here.
Maybe I need to start a NoESP post...

I have WebWElectric but they are heavily modified by
me to keep the extra bulb load off the ICM and the
time out feature has been disabled in the PIC Logic.

2009SE, wouldn't an easy solution be to use LED tail lights with the sequencers? That would solve the load issue as well, wouldn't it?
