2021 Scat Pack Challenger 6spd. I just recently acquired this car from Fla. Went to the garage to familarize myself with more features of the car. Tried to put it in acc mode, nothing. Tried to start & nothing. Changed the battery in the fob. Still nothing. Put a charger on it for an hour. Still nothing. No clicking or anything. But the lights work, pow trunk button works, pow seat works. The key fob won't unlock or lock the doors. Is it a bad battery or what ?? Help

Turns out the battery was just good enough to do very little. New battery made everything right again.

Hopefully this is not one of those vehicles that have had flood damage from Florida.

It's amazing what a weak battery in these new computer controlled vehicles will do. I had an issue last October on a trip with my 2020 Ram 1500 4x4 while pulling my camper. The truck had not showed any issues pointing to a weak battery until we had driven from East Texas to Ruidoso New Mexaco and set up camp for a week. We did drive the truck sightseeing during the week with no problem. The morning we were to leave it was 40 degrees and the truck just barely turned over but cranked I hooked up and left the engine running. When we pulled out of the park the truck was stuck in 4x4 high and 8th gear. It would not shift up or down would not come out of 4x4 high and I found that the ac wasn't operating correctly and some different warning lights on in the dash. We drove about 70 miles in this condition until we came to Roswell New Mexaco and found a Napa auto store we could get into. I pulled the battery out and purchased a new one at Napa, I installed and hooked it up. Now with my fingers crossed I started the truck and boom everything was perfect and back to normal all of this because of a weak battery. I have not had another issue at all since installing the new battery wow who would have thought .

I'm finding out how much a good battery means to these cars. One day I took my 70 Roadrunner half a mile to a bank. Got back in & only a click. I knew it needed a new battery. But these new cars. That a different story. In my Scat Pack, the window went down to open it. The info said to push the clutch in to start. But the push start button had no power, no click or anything. And the fob wouldn't lock or unlock. Even after I replaced the battery ( I kept 2 amps running thru at the jump points ) I had to take the negative cable back off. Cause after I replaced it, nothing more worked. A friend said I needed to reset the computers.
