SRT Tom. I recently bought Tim kuniskis 71 challenger. I was going through some old blogs and I found a post from 2013 about some videos with him and his car. Was wondering if you still had any access to them. I hope I have the right person if not sorry to bother you thanks

Hey, Tom. Just saw your post on the “Oxygen sensor” thread. Are you sure about the cylinder numbering? I thought 1-3-5-7 were driver side and 2-4-6-8 were passenger side.

SRT Tom, Just received the lug nuts for my Weld Ventura 5 wheels... Long thin wall lug nuts by monster lugs...
Direction on box - torque to 95 pounds. Factory rims call for 130 pounds. Which would you suggest I use, factory torque or monster lugs torque??? Thanks for your time bobbymac

Hi hoping you can help or direct me.
Replace blacktop wheels with OEM granite crystal wheels 20 x 8 from Dodge. How much would it cost for four wheels and four center caps.

We hope you're feeling better. You are the finest and most knowledgeable member on this forum. I have an issue as well discovered on November 1, 2019; expanded opaque lung nodule at 2.2 cm (3/4"), increasing in size. I'm not doing anything about it. Place all my trust in Our Eternal Light. Keep the faith, everything else is meaningless.

You seem to be a Mopar guru, I have a question. My son has a 2016 Charger R/T 5.7 w/AT. He was recently told his driveshaft is shot. His mechanic told him there isn't one to be had in all the country. Do you have any recommendations for him i.e. used vs after market new one. New $1100, used $650, up to six weeks wait for new one.

You can buy a used driveshaft from a salvage yard at a cheap price. For a 2016 Charger, the cost would run from $130-175, with $24-$33 shipping.

      Hello
used 2013 r/t. the seat belt icon will not turn off on my dash, and it chimes to let me know the front passenger seat belt isn't connected when it is. Upon purchase, it behaved normally. After 3 days, the issue presented. wrecked previously, just the nose, but the airbags deployed and were replaced. Suggestions?? Thanks so much.

The usual cause is a faulty seat belt buckle. The buckle develops a loose connection inside and will cause false readings. If you have a multimeter, you can measure the circuit resistance from one end to the other. If there is a low resistance reading, your circuits are good, if there is a high reading, you have a circuit/wiring issue.

I am not sure about the need to pull the engine to install long tube headers. Have you contacted the manufacturer to get its advice? Also, long-tube headers are basically for racing. They do the best job building horsepower and torque from mid-to-high RPMs. (message 2 of 3)

Another option is shorty headers, like the ones on the SRT. They can be installed with the engine in place. They are great for the street because they deliver more power horsepower and torque from idle to the mid-RPM range. (message 3 of 3)
