Chrysler/Dodge technicians use a troubleshooting application to input a vehicle's problem. The system narrows the problem with, plain language, follow-up questions. The more difficult problems are handled by Service Technical Assistance Center (STAR) agents, who use a STAR scan tool for vehicle diagnostics. A STAR report becomes a STAR case. If there are enough cases to justify an upgrade, a Service Bulletin is generated.

If the techs argue over a problem... does it then become STAR Wars?

So good one. I got a ? I told the dealer my right brake caliper was working harder or engaged more or all the time. It actually eats up my right brake more than all others. Their response was you caused hot spots or warping because of how the car is driven ,like a sports car so that’s why you have a warped disc. This is all a lie and I’m considering calling straight to Chrysler. Do you think I can get them to listen.
