We all know that the Challenger can lose more than a few pounds. With less weight, it will be faster without a need to boost horsepower.

When a new engine is developed to replace the Hemi, why can't FCA use an aluminum block, like Ford and GM, instead of a "stone-age" cast iron block? This, alone, would shave hundreds of pounds off the front end and also improve handling. A win-win.

And, while they are at it, why not go to a DOHC 32-valve engine, like the Ford Coyote and Voodoo engines? Also, a MagnaRide shock setup would be nice.

What would you guys like to see? How about twin turbos?

they could thin out those resonators in the exhaust system as they must weigh about 25 lbs each.

I guess I'm old school, I prefer a cast iron block. Also, have a 2001 Mustang GT Bullitt which has the iron block SOHC as well as my Challenger.
