Hey all, I am new too this forum and thinking about buying a V8 challenger. My question is how hard is it too drive the speed limit on these cars (city streets mainly). I get the impression that it’s damn near impossible. I drive for work so I actually want to somewhat obey the driving laws. Any help/experience would be awesome!
yep, keep your foot out of it and drive normal. dont let it go to your head. no need to show your balls.

Just drive normal and listen to the Hemi talk back to you. We get a lot of unwanted attention from other drivers including snobby looks from Subaru Paul Walker(RIP) wannabes. I have caught some of the cops around here looking at my Purple Thing like a hunter would look at a six point bull elk during hunting season. The Dodge Challenger demands attention as in back in the day '70-'72 and today, never mind if we like it or not. Enjoy.
I recently picked up a Dodge Dakota and use it pretty much as my daily driver. Except for Fridays, I get my Challenger out and enjoy it. today is a driving day for my challenger, going to a show n shine about 60 miles away. not my daily driver anymore but I still get it out on weekends for shows and stuff like this. going to be a great afternoon for the drive.
