As we all know, Brembo brakes on the SRTs have incredible stopping power. The only down side is that the pads throw off a ton of brake dust. Because of this, I was wondering how long these pads will last.

Well, the answer is quite a while. I came across this photo of Brembo pads with 15,000 miles of wear. As you can see, below, they are in extremely good shape and should be good for another 15,000 miles!

What to do with the annoying squeel sound from the back pads....?? Where to get softer pads ?

I just switched to PowerStop Z26 pads for mine. Only had about 4,000 miles on it but between the dust and the talk about wearing out the rotors it was an easy fix for about $128.
Didn't notice much of a difference when slowing down at the end of the drag strip.

Replace them when you have to with PowerStop Pads and Rotors.
