The Roadkill guys, Freiburger and Dulcich, have entered their "Vanishing Paint" 1970 360 c.i. Challenger in Tire Rack's Solo Nationals autocross race. They will be driving their car 1,700 miles to Lincoln, Nebraska. The TV episodes will air in Episodes 34 and 36 of Roadkill Garage. https://www.automobilemag.com/news/1700-miles-in-the-vanishing-paint-challenger/
Boy they F'ed that up big time. Kowalski delivered the car from Denver to San Francisco in a 15 hours in a WHITE Challenger R/T, 440 4-speed except the last shot was a 1967 Camaro
Damn, I'm going to have to get my glasses checked. Vanishing Paint The "Roadkill Guys" probably weren't even around in '71 when Vanishing Point was filmed
Great movie, especially the longer version with Charlotte Rampling in the deleted scene. There are a number of inconsistencies in the movie including the use of a Camaro in the last crash scene. Graveyard Cars will build 5 tribute VP Challengers. Can't wait. http://smclassiccars.com/dodge/4278...t-graveyard-carz-kowalski-440-magnum-ew1.html
