    Hi Gene,

    I am sorry for being a hassel. I have still been displaced to Pittsburgh with my day job. This has put a major hindrance on my business and my family. Unfortunetly the biggest part of business is customer service and without being able to make a call at normal business hours it has made problems such as this. If my site was big enough to offset my full time salary i wouldn't have to do this traveling. But doing this part time i still need my day time salary.

    Now as far as charging your card. the only reason this was done was because it was a phone order. All orders that are placed through my site go through only a Pre-Authorization. No money is captured until order ships. Since yours was over the phone i have to charge right away to verify that the card is legitimate.

    With that all being said. I checked in with BT on Dec 30th on my orders status. They expect to have my order shipped to me by the 2nd week of January.

    BT is doing what they can to get the orders out. This was a great price that only comes along once a year.

    Still. No matter how good the price is it does not make up for my lack of customer service.

    Please accept my apologies.
