I have been up in Albany, NY for a week, drove across Massachusetts, NH and Maine for Christmas, and have only seen 2 Challengers (Both were 6 cylinders) since I left mine parked at the airport...

Did they not sell them up here in New England?? And don't tell me everyone put them away for the winter, that doesn't check with all of the Mercedes, BMWs, Audis and other high-dollar cars I see on the road...

    What gives??

    :hmmm2:

Before I goy mine I saw at least 1 maybe 2 a day. Now I'm lucky to see 2 a week, excluding the one in the driveway.

I think it is kinda a good thing. Challenger owners are a very breed. Not like Mustang owners. The State Troopers in my area know my Challenger on site. Our local dealer has a few, but I don't see them everywhere. I like standing out in a crowd.

I like the looks I get in mine too, but when I drive through the little (pop 26K) town that I live in, I can see 3 or 4 in a couple of miles.

Just seems weird that there aren't any around here....

The are pretty scarce in NJ, too.

I also hardly ever see an SRT model, whether it be a Challenger, Charger, Chrysler 300, or Jeep Cherokee.

Almoust everyone here in europe put their summer cars to garage for the wintern...
Bmw, audi, mercedez are expensive cars too but they are daily drivers in here and does not operate a special purpose like for example my challenger :) God I miss her grazy sound..

Thats what I was going to say. You will see bimmers and the like out all the time as they are normal DDs. Challengers are more of a collectable car then a DD. :D

I've been hiding mine under a cover till the sun comes out. Just so happens, suns out today. We have a local Modern Mopars meet and greet this afternoon, too.

Challengers are rare cars. That's why you don't see them.
