Shopped around a lot for someone that would cover the modifications also specified no winter driving on snow/ice covered roads. not a problem for me as it gets parked in a heated garage in the winter.
Other items are more on the price tag but no sales tax when you go to pay, just the GST.

Our 6 month premium on my '13 R/T and my wife's '15 Durango Limited is $697.00 less a $90.00 discount for paying the 6 months in full = $607.00. Coverage is $250,000/$500,000 Bodily Injury, $100,000 Property Damage, $250,000/$500,000 Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, $10,000 Medical Payments; ACV Comp and Collision with a $250.00 deductible. We also have $75.00 per occurrence road trouble coverage and 100% window glass damage coverage. The portion of that $607.00 premium for the R/T is $339.00/6 months. I'm 73, my wife is 61, and we live in rural Illinois. We are with Auto Owners and both have clean records.

That's about what I pay for my 2018 SXT Plus with a $500 deductible through State Farm.

I’d find out what you get for the money. Prices are so high here in NJ a lot of people under insure their cars and regret it.
