Ok, my bad. That's pretty cool though. Probably would have been better for me to have a wide body for sure on upgrading this but....I don't. Lol. I'm planning to upgrade driveshaft next and then half shaft. Should be good then for rear to handle especially on digs. Right now not worried about the extra power on rolls. I'm not going to be drag racing at the strip either. At least not without upgrading internals and driveshaft first

I really hope that you take this project on! Keep us posted on the progress with the ups and downs. Whatever obstacle you come across I’m sure will be surmountable. Good luck!

Thanks brother. I'm getting the supercharger and custom tune tomorrow. Should be done by next Thursday. Plan to get the driveshaft/ halfshaft done within next 6 months. Internals i will play by ear. I'll keep everyone posted for sure

Let me get this straight, you bought a 2019 Scat Pack and are currently upside down in it. To make matters worse, you propose to dump another $12.5K into the car to install a supercharger which will not only toss your warranty out the window but also surely cause catastrophic failures to multiple driveline components that were not designed for the increased engine output. I can tell you that strictly from a monetary standpoint, you're thjnking about making some questionable decisions. If you were going to spend that kind of money, you could've bought a used Hellcat and wouldn't be facing the likelihood of owning a money-pit.

Almost all of those items can be had as an option on the non-widebody cars too.

Yep, sounds about right. And questionable indeed. I may have mentioned earlier the reason I didn't just start with a hellcat was I had a bike payment too at the time and having a hellcat and bike payment was not something I wanted. I wrecked my bike, however, in July and since I already had bought the scat, made no sense to trade it. I was already upside down on last car and so I decided to just do a build. I'm am changing out the driveshaft and turning it into a 426 here pretty soon. I did a conservative tune to what the car can handle power wise. I've had the supercharger since end of August now and so far it's running smooth. Upgraded driveshaft ordered and being installed real soon. All the internals will be yours in the 426 build. I'll eventually upgrade the halfshaft as well. Wheels were recently upgraded. All in all its risky for sure. I knew this going in. But at the end of the day, I'll wind up with more power Than a demon if I do this slowly and gradually and it will cost less overall than buying one. 45k for the scat and about 30k for all upgrades to wind up with over 850hp at the wheel. Give or take on power and cost.
