6.4L Best Launch methods?

    So far the best 0-60 time I have been able to record is 5.61...(93 Octane, 45 psi in the tires at about 55* F, dry pavement)
    I know the car has a lot faster time in it, I just need to learn how to launch it better. (I could get that time out of my SRT-10 which was 6000 lbs)

    What kind of times are you getting out of yours, and how are you launching?

    I have gotten 5.0 out of my R/T 6speed. Launch in second, ESP off.

    I'm still working on how to launch. Mostly I feel 1st is for smoke only, with the M6. Seems like no matter what the speed, if I mash it, it spins. Not complaining though.

    For me 1st is just a "leaving a stoplight like your grandma" gear. 2nd gear is tire smoke gear.

    I'll have to play with mine one day. The car hardly ever makes it out of the garage. Still have under 2k miles on it.
    I need to find a good road to play on. It's hard to find one down here.
