I would hope the service advisor would've verified parts availability prior to giving her an appointment.

I have taken MANY "AirBag" Recalls in over the past 3 years,
just to be told after I waste my time taking the car to the dealer"

"O, We don't have those, we will have to order them, Sorry"

I’m dealing with Oxford Dodge in London Ontario Canada
I’m not about to send my VIN out to whomever is at the other end
Typically getting parts north of the border is a pain in the ass. Always take extra time and extra costs in shipping.

I have two Dodge dealerships within 20-25 mins. Called one on Friday to get a price on doing some work. Spoke to a woman in the service department. Told her what I wanted a price on and then was told she'd have a service advisor call me back. Nobody ever called me back and I'd love to know who she was? Since when is there someone other than an advisor answering the service department phones?

 

Funny, I have got more "MESSAGES" from Kaitlin
than any LOCAL Dealer.

Well we will see how much pull Kaitlin & Nancy have from Dodge Cares
They made me an appointment on Wednesday for the
V01 AirBag Recall
and see if they can figure out the
PCM0430 Cat System Efficiency Below Threshold Check Engine Light that they have tried to fix multiple times
