Hey all i have a 2015 challenger scat pack with the 392 , i wanted more hp so i had an edelbrock supercharger installed that came with an intercooler , injectors and fuel pump . Ive had nothing but problems ever since , i had the edelbrock tune at first and i had a crazy surging in 456 gears so sent it to a shop with a dyno twice and had it retuned 2 times and it still does it . Does anyone have any idea on what i can do . Thank you

Can I assume you reached out to Edelbrock about the issue?

You do understand Dyno just shows you the problem areas
You still need someone to Tune Out the problem.
Usually ADD Fuel in the right area.

I'm interested in what Edelbrock had to say about the issue. Generally speaking supercharger surge can be caused by several different things. In the old days, it was quite common especially at idle. Most people actually kind of liked the way it sounded but some chose to make the necessary corrections (generally carb tuning) to get rid of it. Nowadays, EFI cars have a lot more possible causes. I've seen malfunctioning bypass valves, dirty MAF's, vacuum leaks etc, but mainly surge is "tuned" out. Some tunes are better than others.

I have spoken with edelbrock multiple times and the rep for the west coast was with the car the last time they tuned it to see if they could get rid of the surge but its still there . The first time i had it retuned the car pulled 555 hp to the wheels , so i added long tube headers and deleted the cats to try and squeeze a few more hp . The second time it was tuned my hp went down to 505 and the surge is not as noticable but still there . Evolution auto in maple ridge is the shop that has tuned it twice .

Totally off subject but...I just noticed your screen name. What's the story behind it? I only ask because I spent over 20 years in the livery industry.
