I wanted one of these back in the 70s but I was too broke to get one. When the retro ones came out in 2008, I wasn’t in a position to consider one. On a recent trip to Florida I saw lots of the Challengers on the street and fell in love again. Upon my return, I traded my Lincoln MKX for this beautiful 2019 R/T. I know they make even larger, more powerful cars but I can’t imagine ever needing more on the street. I love the exhaust. It’s a good thing I was wearing a face mask when I returned from the test drive. If the sales guy saw the huge grin on my face I would have lost all leverage. I’m turning 67 in a few weeks. I hope I don’t do too much damage to the age demographic here
Welcome to the old fart club! Age is only a number! I dont know about you but its probably best I waited until I was 57 to buy my first Challenger....if you know whatI mean
Welcome to the neighborhood .... and to the Brotherhood of Muscle! You're certainly not the only Challenger owner over the age of 60. I love your part of the country. I spent a very fun summer in Seattle and up on Hood Canal back in '75.
Welcome! I don't think you have to worry about your age. Seems like the demographic for these cars is damn near the same as the Corvette!
OMG, can't believe all you old guys are blurting out your ages on the internet. I'd never do that.... oh yea, BTW I'm seven months younger than Intimidator. Seriously, I think we have a good demographic mix on this forum. There's more posts from us "mature" guys because we have absolutely nothing else to do with our retirement time!
LoL, indeed But what's this retirement you speak of? What's that old song: "I'll be workin here forever, or at least until I die"
Well I am a retired teacher/coach. But I do have my own business I have to run. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
