Well, chalk this up as a learning experience. Side exit exhaust dont do it!

UPDATE: The car is just waiting on exhaust and coolant. But I am at the mercy of this wretched arctic winter weather we are having. I am so FREAKIN sick of it!!! I am in a grid lock because of it. I replaced my old quarter million BTU garage furnace with an 80K BTU that will work fine once I get the walls and ceiling up. But for now with no insulation the best I can get in the garage is 50°. Down on the concrete floor is around 35ish. Too cold for me. I cant get the walls and insulation up until I can get the car out of there. :banghead:

I know 35 isn't all that cold, but, I had a gastric bypass done in mid November and I have lost almost 80 pounds. I get cold VERY EASY without my insulation. ;)

I know what you mean about the uneven heat distribution. I have an attached 4 car garage and run two natural gas radiant heaters. I had about a 20 degree difference between the ceiling and floor until I put up a ceiling fan. It really helped even out the temperature.
With all the snow being forecasted for this week, good luck getting a day to move your car out.

We got thru the covid just fine.

Got the car running AND my tuner and I were going through settings when I discovered a discrepancy with a setting for the gear ratio on the rear end. I change the rear end from a 3.92 to a 3.70. It didn't get changed in the tune. Then my tuner discovered a discrepancy with engine size setting on the SRT tune. He changed both settings to what they should be and now my cruise control, abs, and traction control are finally working after 2 years.

Now that the two bent valves on #7 have been repaired we start over on logging. Can't wait to get it dialed in.

Update. The driveshaft is hosed. I have been suspicious of this since I picked it up from the original builder. Even had him drive out to look at it etc and he said it was fine. Well I was going to drive the car to my buddy's house last night. Got her on the freeway and at 80 mph the DS was ringing continuously like a bell and the vibration was worse than last year. Last year the DS would ring between 55-65 mph and the vibe was not as bad.

I am borrowing a dial indicator and dropping the exhaust tonight to see if the DS is bent. I already have an RMA to ship it back to DSS. Hopefully its not bent and only needs reballanced.
