    I never recall seeing this ad or any Road Runner offered with a black fiberglass hood (like a Super Bee) and standard 4.10 gears.

    In 1979, Jim Lash Bluebook Cars in Sanford, FL was selling a mint, all-stock 1970 Plymouth Superbird (440/6 Pack) for $5,555.00 cash. I begged my dad to loan me the money to get it! His reply... "You'll kill yourself in that car." :(
