I think that's a cop-out. People make a conscious decision to go down the path of demoralization as you call it. Mainly because it's the easy path. It's easy to ignore that little voice in your head telling you what's right and what's wrong.
Not saying everyone has to be a saint. Lord knows I'm not but if everyone would at least stop supporting obviously immoral people both in the celebrity and political worlds, our world in general sure would be a better place. If nothing else, how about teaching your kids that being a good, moral person is more important than being rich and popular.show them through example that being a person of honor is important.
Sorry, need to get off my soapbox. It's just very distressing to me to see how low our social and political leaders are willing to stoop to maintain their wealth and power.

The concerted effort to demoralize western society is a documented fact.

This has been true since the beginning of recorded history, and will continue to be.

In addition to the Dealership / Company service short comings this vehicle application has a very troubling transmission failure record and beyond. Perhaps already encountered?

Just wasn't a good week for my daughters at dealerships. Another daughter was getting winter tires put on her Audi A3 at our independently owned service shop. They couldn't swap on her winter wheels/tires because the factory wheels on the car had locking lugnuts AND no key/socket to be found anywhere.
I called the dealer to complain and schedule to get it taken care of that same day, I asked how could they sell a certified pre-owned car without a means to take any of the wheels off. The service manager told me he was sorry that the car was missing the key/socket but that those are an accessory item and therefore not part of their +100 point certification. Certification doesn't cover accessory items even if they are from Audi. I could have them order me a new key/socket or they could replace them with normal lugnuts using their master key set. We did the standard lugnuts.
Keep in mind the wheels had to have been taken off when inspecting the rotors and pads so either the mechanic never put the key/socket back in the car or it was missing when traded in. Either way this should have been caught during the certification process.

Is it possible the tech used his own key rather than look around the car for one?

When they were doing their 100-point certification, how could they inspect the brake pads and rotors without taking off the wheels?

He probably did but that is no excuse. Any and all dealers should have a lugnut check on their cars for sale. It's a safety issue. Imagine being several hundred miles from home on a busy interstate and getting a flat.
I never noticed her car had the locks because there were gray plastic caps that looked like lugnuts pushed over them so they looked like the other four lugnuts.
