Landmark Dodge is selling SRT oil filters on E-Bay for only $10.64 (free shipping). I have seen these filters sell as high as $20. It fits all modern Hemi engines. I use it on my 2009 Challenger SRT. Here is an article about the composition of this filter. https://www.challengerforum.com/articles/srt-oil-filter.11/ https://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-20-DO...102048&hash=item523c5a3728:g:GdIAAOSwmflfW3~7
Thanks for that info. I just ordered 3 of them. I’ll be good for 3 years of oil changes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There seems to be a shortage of SRT oil filters (M041AA). If you can't find one, or if they are ridiculously expensive, you can buy a Wix 57063 or a Napa Gold 7063, instead. Wix makes the SRT oil filter and its construction is identical (i.e., bypass spring, synthetic filter element, same number of pleats, beveled tube, etc.). Check out this cut-away.
Damn, just used my LAST SRT Oil Filter this weekend and went shopping this morning: Landmark-Dodge price for Qty-4 is now $73 + $13 Shipping Mopargenuineparts price for Qty-4 is $54 + $22 Shipping OEMpartsource price for Qty-4 $51 + $15 shipping (ORDERED) Don't even think about Amazon $104 EACH or eBay $99, $200 or $454 EACH
Well crap. Just tried to order 4 "EXTRA" and got a BACKORDER email. Why offer something if you know you don't have them in-stock? Guess We pick up some WIX
You could always buy that one Mopar filter listed in your earlier post (above) for $454.20. I'm sure it's still available and also has "free shipping" which will save you some money! LOL
^^^^ Comparing the WIX 57899XP with the 57063 The 57063 says it is a replacement for the 041AA Mopar but the 57899XP is what ROCK AUTO calls for on the Challenger SRT 6.1 Will see what O-Riley's has in stock this afternoon and then order more from ROCK-AUTO:
Steve White Motors has a limited supply of SRT oil filters. It is selling them for $19.25. https://www.stevewhiteparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-mopar-performance-oil-filter-5038041aa
