If the US Mail wasn’t so slow, I would already be driving my supercharged V6 around. ECU should be here Thursday or Friday, then my install guy just needs to download Ripp’s tune. Here’s some pictures of the progression.

Yes they did. Chrysler had an SRT 6, from 2004-2008 model years (76,014 built). It was found in the Chrysler Crossfire model. It was a rear-wheel drive, two-door sports car that was built by Karmann of Germany.

From 2004-2008, the limited and base models featured a 3.2 liter engine that produced 215 hp. and 229 lb./ft. From 2005-2006, a supercharged engine was offered. It produced 330 hp. and 310 lb./ft.

Similarly, Dodge also produced an SRT 4 in the Dodge Neon (2003-2004, 215-230 hp.) and a SRT 10 in the Viper (1992-2017, 400-640 hp.) and Ram sport truck (2004-2006, 500 hp.).

So, over the years, the Street and Racing Technology Division has produced an SRT 4, SRT 6, SRT 8 and SRT 10.

The SRT 6 Crossfire was unique is several ways. It was the first SRT in the Chrysler showroom as well as the first SRT to use a supercharger. On the downside, it’s debatable whether the car was truly an SRT since the drivetrain was actually designed and produced by the AMG group at Mercedes.

I’m almost finished with the remote tuning, then I’ll be taking my car to a local shop to see what my numbers are on the dyno. It’s a process, but it’s been fun. Did a test run 0-60 at almost full throttle and did 5.0 seconds. Should be in the low to mid 4’s when done. Stock with my 315’s on the back was 6.5 seconds. If I punch it at 35 mph I get some slight wheel spin. Gonna be much more fun when it’s finished in a couple weeks.
