Maybe I should be happy to have any photos that survived our move to NC from FL. I bought it 'used' back in the day and really enjoyed it despite it's non-original wheels. I always wanted a Challenger or 'Cuda since I saw Vanishing Point back in 1971. I test drove a few in the 70's but when young I sure didn't have the $$$. I always remember the joy of driving the car with it's 360 4 bbl cruising around listening to older 70's and 'current' 80's tunes. It was a quick car too! I also remember the rattles and so-so quality of the car itself. I don't kid myself. I remember the negatives as well. The door panels were fading out from the FL sun and small rust spots could be seen. My current Challenger is 'light years' ahead of my old 'Cuda but it sure brings back the same feelings. Dodge did a wonderful job. Here are the 4 photos I have. I have posted two before in another thread awhile back.
I found this video which reminded me a lot of my old ride, right down to the color and actual feeling of experiencing all the rattles and nuances of the car itself. As I've stated before, wonderful memories but my modern R/T is just 'light years' ahead while keeping those same muscle car feelings.
