    Update;

    yesterday the general manager of dealership called me, with service manager sitting right next to him. They had hired a new level three technician, and put the new guy on my car without any information on the prior attempted diagnosis. Oddly enough, new guy researched factory bulletins out of Canada, and found one on my car! It is now deemed to be a Problem with the power steering rack which they state they will now replace. More waiting. General manager says my car is causing him to loose stomach lining, sitting on his lot. Every day people ask him why it is there if it’s not for sale. Two or three months of that will begin to wear on you I suppose.

    This doesn't look good when it sits out on public lot for all to see. Are they using your car to attract other buyers in? Then again it looks like you got a problem car or a lemon?

    They haven’t got my car out front where people can see it driving by. It’s parked in the service lot to the side of the building. But it stands out if you are a car enthusiast. People notice that it’s been there for a long time, and think they can pick it up cheap.

    had the same problems when i upgraded my2019 Challenger RT to Eibach sport kit with springs with the adjustable upper "A" arms, went to a dealer that my friend told me would be able to adjust mine no Good!! I called a local speed shop and got a reference to a frame shop, since i had the camber out in the rear as well i had to invest in an Adjustable bushing for the rear. The shop thankfully listened to what i said about installing them since they haven't before (Thanks You Tube) was able to install them using a ball joint tool and when finished the alignment went as planned.

    It appears that some of my Saga is missing from this thread but here’s the latest update;

    my car is still at the dealership. They now say they need a new electric steering box to fix the problem. It was promised to arrive by June 6. Of course it did not. The new ETA on the parts I need is June 13

    this car has been unsafe to drive since it was sold to me in September 2021. It’s been out of action since the end of February 2022, when the dealership noticed the exceptionally uneven tire wear during its first oil change. You think they’d put a little bit more priority on this…

    I’ve even tried communicating with Dodge cares. Ha ha ha

    so I paid over $60,000 for a car I can’t use. Thinking about how best I can hurt Dodge/ Chrysler if they don’t step up pronto. There’s no way anybody hearing my story would buy a car from them.

    Your car is factory stock and relatively new?
    Only 6,302 miles? This has been going on for awhile now since March 2022?

    :shakehead:$60,000 that is 2 Toyota Corollas MADE IN JAPAN that will last you 200,000+ miles of reliability and low maintenance.:snoopfacepalm:

    This is a common problem?:think: Wouldn't this be a shipping / transport problem? The transport company would be responsible for this?:think:
