Buick Tops Dodge in J. D. Power Initial Quality Study

With Dodge being so high, I'm thinking Chrysler was at the bottom due to the Fiat, which has horrible reliability issues. That's my guess anyway.

I know Buick is being forced into this market niche, but given a return to quality and cachet, they could thrive again with the Buicks like the absolutely luscious 1971 Buick Riviera.

What Buick needs is big luxurious sedans, as in REALLY big ones, such as produced by quite a few companies. This artificially-created lack in the market is not symptomatic of the market's desires. Audi A8L. Mercedes S-class. Maybach. Lexus. Infiniti. Genesis. They are not producing these cars and throwing them in the garbage. They are being sought after and bought.

When the market is being forced at gunpoint to produce what the Central Government wants, it leaves a vast hole through which one can drive new products that people actually WANT.

The first communists found this out. The new communists in the West are about to find that out, also. The West is becoming more denigrated and communist as Russia is fleeing communism as fast as its legs can carry it.

When the present big players all kneel to whoever has the videos of them with young children, and there is no way to explain their complete divorce from intelligence and logic in any other way, it makes room for new players who aren't as compromised and thus easy to control. As I say, "There are no virgins who have ever won an Academy Award."

When all the governments/big corporations/Hollywood/etc. are braying and shrieking the same lies that everyone (okay, all the sane people) knows are lies, there is someone behind the scenes pulling their strings.

Note: evidently climate change doesn't matter when it comes to container and other shipping, and the entire nation of China. Or India. Or much of the world that is not the West. No boycotts or trade barriers are being erected because of the rest of the world's complete disregard for what everyone who is sane knows are LIES.

The West is being dismantled. The East is not an improvement, but like wars for millennia, they don't have to be better, just determined to win, which evidently is regarded as racist or misogynist or whatever if anyone in the West has the same determination to win, but is heroic and wondrous as long as anyone else has it.

And this that we are witnessing is a war against the West. Anything sane men like is being pilloried, only in the West. The war is going on from cradle to grave and has been waged for decades, criminalizing being male and normal if you are a male. Divorce? The man is gang-raped in court by lawyers and judges. The household is being dismantled by awarding massive cash payments to women for rapidly breeding than discarding their latest host in hugely imbalanced divorce "settlements."

Facts, truth, and science that isn't bought off aren't the problem. It is a war. The abandonment of ICE engines is just a symptom. The Klimate Krazies don't hold any protest marches in Russia or China, India, Arabia, or Kenya. Their masturbatory obsession is only in the West.

What is happening is no more accidental or coincidental than everyone in a choir singing the same song. I have watched news broadcasts from many different networks all saying literally the exact same words about useless fluff while ignoring far more important things.

But, as I said, no amount of Central Planning is going to make all the people believe the lies. New players are already getting ready to get in the game, and they are not people who have a history of diddling little kids, and are thus not players who can be so easily controlled, unlike most in major positions of power today, who, like the Academy Award winners, sure didn't get there by sleeping alone. The West may survive, but it will not survive in its present state of deluded decay, evinced by such onerous and stupid policies as statewide bans on sales of ICE vehicles.

A big, luxurious car could be powered by a 3.0 or 5.0 L turbo diesel. It doesn't have to be gasoline. It could be getting 40mpg. The lack of interest is not the problem, as OTHER automakers have discovered, much to their profit.

Back in the 1970's the insane were given something to rail against the sane about in the form of the artificial fuel crisis back then, also. It gives the mindless masses of brainwashed college-poisoned imbeciles a feeling of superiority and a CAUSE to be able to find something to snottily look down on those far more accomplished and productive than themselves. "Ah, you may have built 200 orphanages and saved millions of lives with Ivermectin, but YOU HAVE A BIG CAR and are enjoying life, so you're RACIST!"

Same subset of crazy people, always seeking a cause and someone to pat them on the head and tell them "You are right. It hurts your feelings that people better than you are doing better than you because they work harder than you. "Now it is time for you to don your Party Approved Uniform (Tesla, mask, whatever) and bray and shriek at those heinous racist misogynist villains who DARE to have fun at life while the Lesser Farting Shriek Gecko's habitat is being threatened in Southwestern Botswana!"

When sanity returns, big, luxurious cars return WITH IT. When sanity is abandoned, success and the things successful people buy are pilloried and condemned.

AKA Bolshevik Devolution Number 2, served hot and fresh.

The people you can prey upon to make them feel disgruntled, resentful, and bypassed by life are the army of idiots you can mobilize to destroy your enemies. Just observing this causes them to fly off the handle in emotional reactions and become full of hate and wrath. Not logic, reason, or facts. Just Muh Precious Feelings.

The Carbon Dioxide idiocy is just the latest in many, many, many waves of assaults on the hard-working and thus prosperous by the lazy, greedy, and stupid who crave power.

The Roaring Twenties had wealth, prosperity, big, luxurious cars, fun, and happiness. So, the puppet masters brought in the Dirty Thirties. The 1950's to 1970's were prosperous, too, so they brought in the artificial oil crisis to quell that. Then the 2010's were seeing a rise of happiness and prosperity, so the latest protests and city destruction and Carbon Dioxide vilification and EPA etc. are being deployed for the exact same purpose.

When the average people are happy, that makes some violently mentally ill people ANGRY. The weapons vary, but the results are what they want: them owning all the money, land, and power, and you having NOTHING.

They use the exact same lies wrapped in different packaging each time. "Those evil (whoevers) are the enemy, and YOU can have wealth and power returned unto thee by merely destroying them!"

How did that work out when they destroyed the Romanovs? Did Russia become a world of fun and happiness? Only for the perverts who organized the fake-premise revolution.

Wars are waged by those with money and power who want MORE money and power.

I will never personally know how reliable new Buicks are. Something about moving production to China is the final straw for me.
