Did you ever hear of the Bullitt Mustang?

Well, here is a Bullitt Challenger Scat Pack Widebody for sale, in Miami, for $35K. The bullitt holes are a no cost option.

Here is the ad on Craigslist:

"I am offering my 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. It has a factory wide body kit. It has only 21,000 miles and runs-drives excellent. It is a victim of road rage in Miami Florida. It has several bullet holes in the body. The glass that was damaged in the shooting has been replaced. The driver was shot in the arm and not killed. He is ok now. The price is considerably reduced from retail value to reflect the fact that the title is branded rebuilt. Please call for details 734-353-0001."

What are the laws for titles in Florida? A rebuilt title for replacement of a quarter panel and door skin? Even if it needed some interior work, I would just call it a repair that would show up on a carfax (hopefully).

    Oh, one of THOSE.

I have never seen spike wheel nuts on anyone who was averse to criminality or the appearance of it.

The "rebuilt" title is suspect, to me, as that leaves the door wide open to the car being salvaged from just about any disaster of any sort.

Looks like someone picked up a car at an auction and hopes to make a quick flip off of it.

Just do the homework and attend your own auctions.

I find it fascinating especially if Tom is not from Miami yet found this on Craigslist.

How many months would you have to drive a car before "fresh" bullet holes got all rusted?

But, hey, if it's 15 grand...

Correction: it's a Scat Pack, not a Hellcat. 10 grand.

I couldn’t find that listing, they must’ve taken it down or sold the car. But if you think something is just too weird to actually happen, it has probably already happened in Florida! That’s why all of the most bizarre news stories start with “A Florida man…”.

    For example, here’s one from today’s Craigslist…

That isn't the point. The point is, where in the USA is this car? How many owners has it had? Does it still have an engine? Do the numbers match, etc?

It is a "salvage title" which means it could be literally ANYTHING.
