Far better than the one-post-wonders who show up, ask a question, then vanish, possibly forever.

Sounds to me the battery is low on power. That’s based on this symptom:
However, you said the battery was fully charged. If it’s been on the charger and the charger says the battery is charged, and you’re still seeing only 10.5 volts, there’s something wrong with the battery. The only thing that no one has suggested yet is to check the battery connections. A bad connection can cause all sorts of screwy problems and often gets overlooked. Make sure the battery posts are clean and the cables are tightened down well. JM2C!

Thank you, its an addittional battery that is at 10.5 and battery in car is full. Connections are and have been sparkling clean. Have not gotten back to it today, hard to do alone need someone to come by and help me. Not likely for a few days.

I came to this site because I actually need the help I ask for. I want to learn from those who own these cars. Computerized cars are very new to me, driven Chevy/GMC 4x4s all my life and those I know inside and out. I dont want to make a mistake with my Challenger. Never once thought I would own a car like this, but it was love at first sight, it spoke to me.

What year is your car and mileage? Stored outside?

Take into account age of vehicle/mileage and storage/exposure to elements with changing temps all of which can affect battery and electrical system.

Brand new battery and extremely well taken care of. Non smoking, eating, or pets. Cleanest inside/out you could find. But point taken, thank you!

Your last few posts helped clarify. If I read your comments correctly, the jumper battery was at 10.5 or 11 volts, but the one in the car was able to get a full charge.
If you can, measure it again to make sure it's at least at 12.3 volts sitting there. If that's true, try to start the car and see what the reading is when you hear the starter "ugh". Does the voltage drop a lot?
Since the starter is attempting a cranking noise for a split second, chances are all the electronics associated with engaging the starter are okay.
That leave you with either the starter relay or most likely the starter itself (it's solenoid or armature brushes) or the connections on the starter are too resistive.

If it were me, I would go through the process of elimination starting with what would be the easiest thing to do. So, I'd still look at the battery first. Even though it reads 12.volts it still could be drawing some current directly to ground under load. If it were easy enough to get one, I'd still try to swap out the car's battery just to eliminate it or take it to a parts store and get it load tested. Then see if the starter relay can be swapped out with another one in the fuse panel. After that it would be time to check out the starter. Based on the mileage, my money is on the starter, but I've gotten burned in the past by making assumptions like that.
