OK, I didn't read through the whole post+sub posts, but I'm putting my very recent experience (yesterday) with a dead battery, just to help you or anyone else that might need it...

My battery was dead as a doornail yesterday. Made zero sense as I had been drag racing all weekend, kept the battery charged up while running my cooling fans via my Tazer that I bought and had a 4 hour+ drive home afterwards. Long story short, I traced the issue to an improperly shut door after arriving home. The door courtesy lamps and interior dome lights did NOT shut off, even though the switch was in the correct (automatic on/off) position. The battery was SO dead that even a 50-amp start cycle on an older battery charger would not turn the engine over. So, word to the wise, make sure your doors are shut TIGHT to avoid that issue yourselves. '21 challenger scat pack 1320.

Just curious as these new Challengers don't have a power cut off where if any lights are left on inside interior, glovebox or door left ajar where after so many minutes it automatically shuts power down to avoid a dead battery? I have a car vintage 2005 that cuts all power off so if the doors, or lights are left on it powers down after 15 minutes.

I thought they did! I've left the trunk open before deliberately, to see if the light goes off after a while. It does. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have gone off. This is the first time I've had this issue happen.

We hope you've tried a battery that is currently starting another car? Not clear from your posts that it's not still a weak battery(ies) situation.

From a Dodge Charger, purportedly: Center left thing with two small fuses beneath it

The photo above should be the correct location for you. Your owners manual should have a diagram and list of the fuses and relays. The info should be toward the back of the manual under maintenance. From that, you can see if one of the other relays can be swapped in to see if it fixes the no start problem.
Here's a YouTube video for a 2010, hit the pause around the 31 sec mark.

Thank you Jerry! I actually watched that this morning! Totally forgot about O.M.!

So this morning, before anything battery in car was 9.4. Currently charging. Update later. Car has been sitting about a week, what might cause a decrease in battery? Noticed headlights were dimmer when I unlocked door. Interior lights too.
