How many miles are on your 6.1? Check your owner's manual for recommended maintenance.

If your mileage is high, you should do the following:

    1. Replace all 16 sparkplugs.
    2. Replace all 8 ignition coils.
    3. Replace transmission fluid and filter.
    4. Replace differential lube.
    5. Flush cooling system and replace with HOAT coolant.
    6. Flush brake lines.
    7. Replace Brembo pads and rotors.
    8. Change oil and filter (Mobil 1 0W-40 and SRT or Wix filter).

The following video shows how to change the plugs and coils.

There are super-high-voltage coils available. Red MSD's, yellow Accels, they both put out more spark energy than stock. To me, spark energy is like money: there is just no such thing as too much. If I found anyone making top fuel magnetos that could have their timings controlled by a computer, I'd be tempted to throw those on there.

Shoot, if I could make the spark jump from one electrode on one plug to the same electrode on the next plug, I'd do THAT. Heck, if I could make the combustion chamber look like a high voltage experimental room at full lightning discharge, I'd do that, too.

If you're not experiencing a misfire, a hesitancy or a significant loss of performance the engine part replacements previously mentioned likely won't result in a noticeable performance improvement.
