We all love our Challengers but, like every car, there are always some minor annoyances. Here are my pet peeves:

    1. Cheap rocker panels and black plastic trim around grill and tail lights.
    2. No stainless steel door sills on expensive SRT model.
    3. No automatic temperature settings for AC or heat.
    4. Rams head EVERYWHERE.
    5. No cabin filter.
    6. Painted HEMI lettering that peels off the valve covers.
    7. Forged aluminum wheels that scratch too easily.
    8. Brembo brake dust.
    9. No glove compartment or hood lights.
    10. Those mysterious clear vinyl patches covering hood & trunk weep holes.
    11. No locking fuel cap.
    12. Weak horn.
    13. Driver seat does not allow access to rear seat.
    14. Poor fitting headliner.
    15. No power passenger seat.

Many of these complaints are attributable to this guy...

Can't put the drivers seat forward to get in the back seat. (no latch like the passenger seat)

I think that is my main one. You have some good points as well.

Great points. Mine is probably not having a passenger power seat or no dual climate controls.

I have thought same things. For example my beamer has most of those things that challenger doesnt have. And it's still few years older than challenger..

oh, I like the fact that you can't honk the horn unless the car is turned on. What kind of crap is that?

No. 14... not only is it poor fitting, but the edges on mine in the front windshield area are beginning to fray...

I hate the way water come into the trunk when you open it, even in a light rain...

in my 2010 R/T B5Blue, I had the headliner replaced right away.. it literally 'fell down' on the driver's side, over the door... agreed only by a 1/4 inch... but it was simple 'cut too small'...

Factory replaced without hesitation OR delay... makes you wonder how many had that same problem.

Took mine into the shop for an oil change and had them look at the radio issue again. (There is a software fix coming out for the 730dn the second week of Oct.) Also had them look at the headliner...

They told me that they went and looked at 2 other Challys and they were both the same way, so they didn't think replacing it was going to help. ?? The service rep also warned me that IF Chrysler approves replacing the headliner, they will have to R&R the windshield...

Mine seems to fit ok, but the front edge is raw, and unfinished. Why would they cut the material and leave that edge unfinished like that???

Not so much a complaint about the Challenger's fit or finish (no problems here, knock on wood), rather the unavailability of auto tilting outside rear view mirrors (when shifting into reverse). We had this feature on our '06 300C and loved it. Since I use the mirrors for backing up or judging curb distance....really miss it.
