Introducing premium level performance G-MAX AS-05 tires by General. This is a dominant all-season tire that offers exceptional grip in light snow and accurate reaction in both dry and wet situations. The tread blocks work as a system when interlocked to enhance handling and reduce heat for longer tread life. Drivers can easily detect misalignment and treadwear issues thanks to Replacement Tire Monitor (RTM®) and Visual Alignment Indicators (VAI®). The COSMO® MUCHO MACHO performance all-season tire offers value, performance, and outstanding handling in both dry and rainy situations, making it a favorite of both professional racers and drivers around the globe. This tire is a good choice for modern vehicles because of its sport driving characteristics and stability at high speeds. Do you all buck the flow and produce, for example, 18" wheel tires with more sidewall than the 20's that are suitable for high-performance? Perhaps as a 275-50-18 or so? Or, a 295-50-18? More sidewall gives better grip and better ride, yet everyone in the tire world is somewhat hypnotized by ridiculously low sidewall heights. PS I'm going to check out the site and see what I can find for our forum members and myself, of course. Well, look here. Michelin actually HAS a bit-wider-than-stock (Hellcat) sized tire that is also TALLER than stock sidewall ratio! (note: this is an 18" tire) https://www.carid.com/michelin-tires/pilot-sport-all-season-4-3029087511.html?child_id=3180884591 Specifications Season: All Season Tire Type: Performance Tire Size: 285 / 45 R20 Speed Rating: Y = 186 mph load rating: 112 = 2469 lbs/tire Now THIS thing will put more rubber on the road!!! Wider tread, taller sidewalls than the 275-40R-20's that are the norm for Hellcats, for better traction due to more width, more compliant sidewalls. This makes me wonder how tall the tire is overall compared to a 275/40/20. Answer: it's a bit shorter though the tire sidewalls are 1.5" taller both combined or so. This doesn't make up for the 2" shorter wheels, regrettably.
