What makes a person buy a Challenger R/T over the Challenger SRT?

    I think the 5.7 Hemi cubes out at about a 340ci.

    the 5.7L equates to 347cid.
    The 6.1L is 372
    The 6.4 is 390

    Funny in Ford language 4.9 = 5.0 = 302 ci Also I believe they have a replacement or bored out improved 347 inch motor
    Chevy lingo = 5.7 = 346 = 350 ci
    Dodge 6.4 is 390 = 392?

    Somewhere in here they add a little in there.:hmmm2:

    Well, if you want exact
    5.0L = 305.11872ci
    5.7L = 347.83534ci
    6.1L = 372.24484ci
    and
    6.4L = 390.55196ci

    I think the manufacturers fudge the numbers to make people think of the old engines. Or maybe they fudge the liters to be more of a round number?
    302ci = 4.9488933L
    345ci = 5.6535371L
    350ci = 5.7354724L
    392ci = 6.4237291L

    Funny that R/T is a 5.7 engine sounds like it's a 350 like Chevrolet when it's a 346 but Chevy will round it out to 350 cubic inch.:banana-mario:

    Just numbers. I dare anyone to tell the difference between 347 and 350 or whatever.
