And just to cover every single base..... I can assume there is no ballast for halogen stock bulbs correct?

Well.... To bump this a lil. I just thought I'd update and get some thoughts.
The codes I'm getting are " lost communication with pcm/ecm" "low fob battery". " Right and left high beam high voltage"
I can't get the low battery fob code to erase even after changing batteries... The only reason that one worries me is if that's one of those tipm or ecm codes that won't erase if one has a bad tipm.
As far as the lights. The duty cycles are 100%.... Just no voltage going to them.
I also have a code for both oxygen sensors but I know I can swap those out.
Looking back I was reminded that I think this sterted after I swapped a dead battery.
    Anymore ideas?
I'm trying to stay away from the dealer.
    Thanx all for the help!

No ballast for halogens. Just good ol' DC voltage from the electrical system.
